My Practice Teaching Journey: Reflection Paper
Education may find education difficult for some, but if you put your heart into it, it will be easy. Just like in teaching, it is not just teaching. You’re not teaching because of the money, teaching is in the heart. Teaching should come from the heart, not only imparting the knowledge to the students but also sharing your heart with the students. Being a teacher is a difficult profession since it comes with a lot of responsibilities Hard work, patience, and love in the teaching profession are needed to be a good teacher. The adaptability of a teacher is important as well; by being knowledgeable about a variety of tactics that may be used with the students' various learning preferences, a teacher's strengths can aid pupils in understanding and realizing their full potential.
In the field of teaching, here to experience such kind of responsibility that was the starting point of a good teacher. Daily teaching helped me to improve my skills in teaching and learning and teaching strategies and boosted my confidence. I have grown exponentially in my management skills throughout this experience and have gained a lot of confidence in my ability to improve further with each future classroom. The remarkable experiences I had during the field of study courses, particularly the actual teaching experiences, I completely recognized this day that I am truly meant for the teaching profession. Being a teacher makes me grateful. The most straightforward response is "Why?" is that I adore it. I adore it because it fosters my development. It has given my life significance and serves as a daily realization. It is not simple. Making an impact in my kids' lives is challenging, frustrating, and ultimately motivating. I'm satisfied because I know and think that I contributed, and gave it my all when it came to teaching and sharing ideas with my pupils. I encouraged my students to develop their skills. I did everything I could to help them feel at ease while they were learning. And I genuinely thought the pupils could achieve, and I'm committed to helping them succeed. Finally, my heart was happy because I could see my kids' smiles on their faces. I had a good time in class. They all showed an elevated level of engagement and gave their participated in the class activities. Despite of tiredness and exhaustion that I experienced being a teacher, it is a fulfilling profession. My students' happiness makes my heart full.
Experience is the best teacher and all of us know that. We learn from our experiences. And from these experiences, we learn to be strong and turn our weaknesses into our strengths. I still have a long journey ahead of me. I admit that I don't know everything, but with faith in God, I can face anything. Teaching is a “learning process”. I’m excited to grow and learn as a teacher for many years to come thanks to this experience.
