Classroom Management

The management of the classroom is essential to fostering a learning environment. It is made up of strategies and approaches that teachers use to create a setting that is favorable for teaching and learning. As well as it affects a teacher's capacity for productivity and degree of enjoyment in the classroom.  One moment during my teaching internship in the Camia section, I experienced disruptive behaviors honestly I initially struggled to control their behavior during the discussion because they showed me how unruly they were acting at that time. Some students were standing and staring outside, while others were talking with their seatmates, but most of them were listening and taking part in the discussion. Since it was difficult to control their behavior, I would say it was challenging. I decided to concentrate on the fact that some students are still receptive to listening to and learning from me, despite the disruptive ones. But as the day went on, I decided to implement negative reinforcement if students displayed disruptive behavior. I used phrases like "You won't have a break until you finish what you are doing" or "You can't go home if you didn't finish your task." The method I employed is quite effective since, based on my observations of my students' conduct, there were fewer instances of disruptive behavior, frequently involving just one or two students. I was able to effectively manage the students after learning what I could do to reduce or eliminate their disruptive conduct throughout the discussion. As a student teacher, I saw how crucial it is to foster a supportive learning environment, prevent disruptive behavior, and establish clear standards for behavior among pupils, because it makes it easier to teach effectively and efficiently, as it helps to eliminate the amount of time spent dealing with disruptive behavior.

Construction and Implementation of Instructional Materials

Instructional materials play an important role in teaching and learning. Teachers employ instructional materials to engage students in their learning, such as textbooks, workbooks, software, applications, games, videos, and other materials (Eduedify, 2022). Instructional materials may help students understand subjects and skills easier, as well as it also allows both teachers and pupils to actively and successfully engage in teaching tools. Creating instructional materials is expensive and time-consuming and that's the challenge I faced but I know to myself that it will be beneficial to learners because the important thing for me is the way they learn.
In Kindergarten I  witnessed how instructional materials have a great contribution to the learning of students that is why I am lucky as an intern that I have the strongest competence to create educational materials. In my practice teaching experience, I have preferred to use instructional materials that enable my students to engage in hands-on learning, which I always did during my internship journey. I consistently prepared my instructional materials because I believed that my learners enjoy being taught whenever I integrate such as manipulative objects, visual reality, games, ICT, and other online resources. Depending on the educational aims and objectives, these resources could be utilized in a range of approaches. One of the most essential factors I keep in mind when constructing instructional materials is that the material is engaging and interesting for both the teacher and the students. It will be more inclined to be utilized regularly if it is something that everyone loves making use of.
During my observations, I also observed my students' learning styles, and the majority of them are visual and kinesthetic learners. As a result, I have decided to employ visual and kinaesthetic learner materials in which students may learn by seeing and doing as well as manipulating items while learning and viewing actual teaching materials, allowing them to use more senses in terms of learning.
