The upcoming days would be long weekend but that doesn't mean I have the chance to have vacation because the reality hits me so hard that I need to prepare my lesson plans and instructional materials for the next week. Well, I could say that this week became productive as I imagined, the time management and the plans I prepared is aligned with, as well as the materials that I will need. As a practice teacher, lesson planning is crucial in the lives of teachers. It is my duty to create lesson plans that take into account the students' abilities, needs, and interests as well as the teaching environment, the teacher's understanding of how students learn best, the time allotted, and the available materials. Because it enables teachers to organize lessons in a systematic way and gives students the oppor17tunity to understand what they will learn and how it will meet their requirements.
The most fascinating part of the week was the learners' development in their learning and their improved involvement in class. I'm challenged every day because some of them were extremely quick at answering the worksheet I gave for each independent activity; thankfully, I had "fillers" if the learner/s finished the task right away, I gave them another activity to work on while others were still answering on the primary task. I obtained it from my CT; credit goes to her since I usually find a solution when anything like this happens in class.
