A happy new week ahead. It was almost the end of the quarter of the learners, meaning to say it was an assessment week for them. Once I heard that they'll be having assessment I am excited to experience how to assess learners and how the teacher do it. Well, in short the most highlight day of my week was the experience I had when assessing the learners. The method of the teacher was unique as what to my expectation, I thought teacher will only give learners a worksheet then they'll answer on their own, but no, the first part of the assessment, I guided the learners on answering such as, giving instructions before answering take note only instructions not the answers, repeat the instructions and give time the learners to answer because some of them can't really follow. The second part of the assessment was the one-on-one, how? simply as, teacher will call a learner to go infront and ask questions orally and written; count 1-20 and write the missing number, recite the 7 days of the week and 12 months of the year, and write the upper and lowercase letter K,L,V,Y,X,W,J,O,Q,H. 
   This kind of of assessment, teacher you can identify whose among the learners are excellent, need a review/recap, or who need a remediation on the specific matter. I am much delightful for this experienced and get involved.
